It’s with great pleasure to be a Partner and Director of Buildout Recruitment, as well as being passionate about construction and the recruitment industry, I enjoy running and managing the business. I like to consider myself, a hard-working individual on a mission to improve and modernise the recruitment process. We have exciting plans to grow the buildout brand whilst having a lot of fun along the way.
I look after the financial and administrative side of things, I am a Chartered Accountant with over 40 years of experience, many as a partner in a large independent firm, latterly as managing partner. I love the energy and enthusiasm of working with Buildout and seeing the results of this coming through with managed growth and increasing success, hopefully whilst maintaining things in an efficient, organised manner.
I provide CRM and data protection support to Buildout Recruitment. I have managed the introduction of over 50 CRM systems in both the public and private sectors during my career and spent 12 months responsibly for manging the CRM system for a division of the Treasury in 2008/2009. I have also completed two part time research degrees; a Masters in Organisational Behaviour and a PhD in CRM Systems Implementation.
I’m proud to help build and establish the Buildout brand in the construction industry by taking a focused and unique approach to recruitment marketing. Buildout have exciting plans for the future, and from a marketing perspective we will continue to strive to provide a fresh approach to support our growth ambitions.
I am delighted to have been appointed Business Manager for Buildout to manage the overall company operations by improving organisational processes and procedures to ensure clients and candidates receive a quality first-class service and believe that the knowledge, skills and experience I have gained in my career to date will enable me to succeed in achieving this. I am excited by my new challenge and look forward to working with the team at buildout to continue to establish this recruitment agency as the premier recruiter for the construction industry.
I am a firm believer that everybody should enjoy their workplace. I am to get to know candidates on a personal level, to find out their preferences and aspirations in order to match them with their dream job. I am experienced in property development, career coaching and marketing and hope to bring a new twist to the recruitment industry. My holistic approach will include career guidance, interview tips and CV advice to ensure candidates can put their best foot forward.
