BUILDOUT FORGE SPONSORSHIP DEAL WITH SOLIHULL MOORS AS NEW BRANDING UNVEILED

BUILDOUT, the construction industry’s leading talent partner, has announced a new sponsorship agreement with Solihull Moors FC.

The partnership with Moors was launched at the club’s televised Vanarama National League fixture against York City when the business also unveiled a distinctive new brand identity for the first time.

Throughout the forthcoming season, Birmingham-based Buildout will be the club’s corner sponsor, benefitting from pitchside and scoreboard advertising as well as matchday hospitality at selected home games at the ARMCO Arena.

And in a first for Moors, the partnership will also see Buildout recognise rising talent within the club by presenting a monthly award to the player or member of the backroom staff who have made significant progress in fulfilling their potential during the period.

Established by founders Jack Hurdley and James O’Donoghue five years ago, Buildout is fast developing a reputation within the construction industry for the unique way in which it helps SME businesses develop through attracting and retaining the best talent amongst professional and white-collar staff.

The new Buildout branding with its distinct ‘b’ logo is designed to help differentiate the company’s approach from the more outdated recruitment agency practices serving the sector.

Buildout Director James O’Donoghue said: “Like the Moors we recognise that attracting the best talent is the only way our clients can fulfil their growth ambitions.

“The club’s progress over the last couple of seasons has been amazing and we are delighted to be partnering with them at this exciting time.”

Bradley Rice, Head of Commercial for Solihull Moors, said: “We’re thrilled to have Buildout as our latest commercial partner, the club has a strong following amongst fans who work in the construction sector.

“It’s fantastic to add yet another thriving local business to our ever-growing network and great to continue to strengthen our ties within the West Midlands.

“Buildout’s ambition and forward-thinking mind-set is perfectly aligned to the club’s desire to see itself as an established football league club in the not-so-distant future.”

Buildout’s unique approach centres around working with its construction clients to help them develop a distinctive employer branding proposition, ensuring they have a competitive advantage and are able to attract candidates who share the same vision and values.

Director Jack Hurdley added: “We recognise that finding and hiring the right talent is a major challenge for our clients which is why our distinct approach goes far beyond the traditional, outdated methods of other recruitment consultancies.”
