Founders, James O’Donoghue and Jack Hurdley founded Buildout Recruitment back in 2017 to meet the growing demand for white collar talent across all sectors in the construction industry.

Over the last four years, we have helped hundreds of construction professionals to Buildout their careers and have been the go-to talent partner to some of the industry’s top employers.

The definition of ‘buildout’ is ‘the growth, development, or expansion of something’; this is what we strive to achieve for our client’s business and candidates and careers alike.

We specialise in working with growing, ambitious companies who are looking to buildout and become market leaders and are proud to have had a role in helping many of them to achieve their goals.
