You’ll be...
Using networking, sales and marketing techniques to connect with the best candidates in industry and matching them to their ideal opportunity.
This will involve:- Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships
- Developing a strong understanding of client’s companies, industry and culture
- Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
- Using our candidate databases to match the right person to the client’s vacancy
- Reviewing applications and liaising with the client and candidate to organise interviews
- Negotiating pay and offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression
